Topic: animal cruelty
This project is to be completed as a team but different tasks can be delegated to different members.
A team made from teachers will judge your final work. (Refer to the Rubric)
Prizes and awards will be given at the end of the presentation.
Before you start:
-Sign the contract form
-Assign each member a job or each member research different questions
-Decide which tool you’re going to use to present your findings
Stages involved:
Stage 1: Researching and collecting information
Stage 2: Organization of research
Stage 3: Putting the project together and editing
Stage 4- presenting your final work
Stage 1:
- Reading and research
- Collect information
- Answer the questions
You must answer the two questions in bold.
- Why did you choose this topic?
- What is animal cruelty?
- What are the different types of animal cruelty?
- What animals are affected by animal cruelty? List 3
- Ways to prevent animal cruelty?
- Propose solutions to stop animal cruelty.
Your final product:
Take the time to use the tool to develop your final product (video, tedtalk talk style video, prezi, website or a normal presentation)
Make sure you have a bibliography with all websites used, videos and links.
You may:
-Create a PPP and insert a video related to your topic.
-Create a prezi and insert a video related to your topic
You could design your own video or choose one from U-Tube.
Your video should convey a message
- Use TED ED to transform your information
- Create a web site (each page answer one question)
