Dance has many benefits that include physical and mental flexibility. Dancing is a fun and creative type of exercise that keeps you fit.

Dancing can :

·        Strengthen the immune system

·        Increase muscular strength

·        Lead to better coordination and flexibility

·        Develop social skills

·        Improve mental function

·        Improve better balance and spatial awareness

There are lots of different dance types that allow you to feel different emotions.

Dancing allows me to learn my limitations and strengths, and give me the ability to cope with adversity.

‘Dance is the hidden language of the soul’ Martha Graham.
