"Puppets save Earth" is a Web Quest for the gifted students of years 5-8 which is the best possible learning environment
to engage gifted students about technology. it focuses on three domains of enrichment: content, process and product.
"Puppets save Earth" Web Quest, is built around a real world, authentic task which
is designed to be interesting, motivating and relevant for the students.
Students construct their knowledge
first by researching and sharing information about the planets and the
environmental issues that are destroying our Earth. Then students move to the
more complex tasks to find solutions to these issues and persuade others and
raise their awareness.
This project will promote constructivist problem solving, creativity and curiosity, metacognition,
social interaction and collaboration, independent learning and information skills.
